Who Needs All-on-X Implants?

All-on-X implants are great for people who have lost most or all of their teeth. If you are tired of loose dentures or have teeth that can’t be saved, this treatment might be right for you. It helps you get a full set of strong, new teeth that stay in place and look natural.

Step-by-Step: How the Surgery Works

The All-on-X treatment happens in several steps. It starts with careful planning using 3D scans and digital models. This helps the dentist know exactly where the implants will go. A special guide is made to make sure everything is accurate.

On Surgery Day

1. The dentist opens the gums to see the bone.2. A guide is placed on the bone and held with small pins.3. The dentist smooths the bone to make a flat surface.4. Another guide with magnets is placed to show where the implants go.5. A special laser (Fotona LightWalker) is used to clean the bone and help it heal faster.6. The Neodent implants are placed into the bone.7. Small parts called MUAs are put on the implants to help hold the new teeth.8. The dentist takes special 3D pictures (photogrammetry) to design the new smile.9. The gums are stitched up.10. A lab makes a temporary set of teeth overnight.

The Next Day

The next day, the patient comes back to get their new teeth attached to the implants. These are strong, fixed teeth that let them smile and chew right away.

Final Teeth After Healing

After a few months, when the gums and bone have healed, the dentist takes a final impression. A long-lasting set of teeth made from zirconia is made and attached to the implants. These teeth are strong, natural-looking, and can last for many years.
